FOOTPRINT VERIFICATION
DRAFTECH will go on-site and measure the actual interior and/or exterior dimensions of a residence. A comparison list is made with official square footage values as listed by local or county jurisdictions. We charge a set fee for this service based on the area to be measured.

RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO
A cooperative effort by the homeowner and DRAFTECH whereby graphic and digital documentation is obtained listing the combined record of your essential home specifications for equipment, appliances, and built assemblies—which may include the following partial list of applicable/available items:

RESIDENCE DATA (sample listing shown)

  1. APN (assessor parcel number), deed number, neighborhood tract or subdivision name.
  2. Copy of assessor parcel map, and/or other official maps, and/or letter sized copies of existing site or survey plans—owner provided.
  3. Build date of home; history of ownership.
  4. Digital record of North, East, West, and South façade.
  5. Square footage of lot, home footprint, and total living area.
  6. Property setback/height/coverage/deed and/or easement restrictions (as available by owner, city, or county records).
  7. Utility locations and size.
  8. Simplified vicinity map of your residence location in the immediate neighborhood context (in paper and digital PDF format for sending to friends and/or vendors).

 HOUSEHOLD ITEMS (sample listing shown)

  1. Paper/digital photo record of interior rooms and/or furnishings.
  2. Items listed in your HOME WARRANTY CONTRACT, plus the location of that equipment or appliance (in house or on site).
  3. Equipment installer’s name, address, and installation date.
  4. Size, model, serial numbers, purchase date, and manufacturer’s contact data.
  5. Associated warranties or extended service plans.
  6. List of previous remodels or additions, with the contractor’s name, address, and installation date, with letter sized copies of those plans if available.
  7. Specifications list of your home interior/exterior finishes, windows, doors, roofing, etc. with the manufacturer/installer’s contact data.
