estimate: $400 + $0.21/ each s.f. over 400 s.f.

Building Elevations (4)
estimate: (same calculation as floor plan)

Building Section
estimate: 75% of Floor Plan cost (less for high s.f. plans)

Section Detail
estimate: 50% of Floor Plan cost (less for high s.f. plans)

Lot Plans

—Lots up to 1/10 of an Acre (4,356 s.f.)
estimate: $325

—Lots over 4,356 s.f. but not over 21,780 s.f.
estimate: $325 + $25/ea. 1,000 s.f. (or increment thereof) over 4,356 s.f.

—Lots over 21,780 s.f. but not over 43,560 s.f. (1 Acre)
estimate: $775 + $10/ea. 1,000 s.f. (or increment thereof) over 21,780 s.f.

PACKAGE PLANS
(receive a percentage off the individual set-fee costs)

A— Lot & Floor Plans, Elevations, Section, Detail
estimate: 75% of total costs on the above individual plans (less for high s.f. plans)

B—Floor Plans, Elevations, Section, Detail
estimate: 80% of total costs on the above individual plans (less for high s.f. plans)

C—Floor Plans and Elevations
 estimate: 85% of total costs on the above individual plans (less for high s.f. plans)

COMPLEXITY FEES (for steep or “loaded” lots, multi or split-level floor plans, multi-faceted facades or roofs, room count, difficult access, inclusion of custom equipment, system, or structural installations): may add 10% or more over the per-plan-type cost.

FEES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Fees for “as-built” plans service—

  1. Written quote: $75
    [100% deductable against a retainer paid towards a signed agreement]
  2. Set fee: based on a square-footage formula
    [requires a WRITTEN QUOTE REQUEST begun in step 4]
  3. Retainer fee: 25% of set-fee
  4. On-line meeting fee: $35/ half hour, prepaid.
    These rates apply only to “Do-It-Yourselfers,” not to those who are active partners.
  5. Estimates are free but approximate, and are obtained using the ESTIMATE CALCULATOR
