Our “as-built” plans refer to drawings showing the current (existing) conditions of a lot or built structure, regardless of whether or not construction was properly permitted.

These drawings are not intended for official Planning or Building department submittals and will be stamped: “REFERENCE—NOT FOR SUBMITTAL”. They should only be used for private project planning purposes (by the homeowner and their architect, contractor, or consultants) prior to the separate preparation of any drawings or documents for submittal required by the city or county community development department having jurisdiction over their project.

Digital files of the drawings, minus proprietary information, are made available to the homeowner upon completion of the “as-built” phase, and by request to the architect, contractor, and consultants for later project phases.
