“Active Partnering” is for those on retainer who wish to participate in their project’s information gathering process by providing DRAFTECH with significant measurement and material descriptions of the project building(s) and/or property, in return for a significant discount the cost of “as-built” plans service.

Your decision to participate using one of the following methods, along with a mutually agreed-upon percentage of discount (up to 50% off per type-of-plan participation), will become part of our agreement (see TERMS AND CONDTIONS) and can be accomplished in various ways:

NOTE: if you are not on retainer, you are considered a “Do-It-Yourselfer” who simply needs assistance in producing part, or all, of an existing plan. METHOD ONE is available to you at the half-hour fee rate listed in our ESTIMATE CALCULATOR.

• METHOD ONE
  Attending free on-line meetings with DRAFTECH (using the CUSTOMER CENTER), where we can record your project measurements and other data in real time.
• METHOD TWO
  Mailing or faxing the information you have collected.
• METHOD THREE
  Providing copies of original manually drafted plans.
