DRAFTECH is a Marin County company established in 1991 to serve the immediate San Francisco Bay Area. We prepare plans of existing (“as-built”) residential conditions—for reference only. Our objective is to gather the essential and evident information required for you to start planning your remodel or addition project, and to give your consultants the necessary basis to prepare their own submittal documents for planning and building agencies.

Our drawings are available in both digital and paper formats. They are available individually, or as a package, Packages typically include more information than separate plans, but you may always specify the level of detail desired. We provide the usual ON-SITE INSPECTION to measure the layout of your home and property, and will work with your daily schedule to coordinate the process of gathering information. Additionally, we now offer ACTIVE PARTNERING as a way for customers to limit the costs of “as-built” plans, by directly participating in that process.
